Note: Vision Packers and Movers is a free quote-matching platform. We do not charge customers for our quote service. All payments are made directly to the Mover you hire. Refund claims for moving charges must be raised with the respective Mover.

1. Vision Packers and Movers Service Fee

Our quote aggregation and lead matching service is completely free for customers. We do not collect any fee from you directly. Therefore, no refund is applicable for our platform services.

2. Refunds on Moving Charges (Paid to Movers)

Payments made to Movers are governed by the individual Mover's cancellation and refund policy. We recommend:

  • Always get a written agreement before paying any advance to a Mover.
  • Ensure the agreement clearly states cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and timelines.
  • Retain all payment receipts and communication records.

3. Cancellation by Customer

4. Cancellation by Mover

If a Mover cancels your confirmed booking:

  • You are entitled to a full refund of any advance paid to that Mover.
  • Contact us immediately — we will help you find an alternative verified Mover.
  • If the Mover does not refund the advance, contact our support team for mediation assistance.

5. Disputed Charges / Overcharging

If a Mover charges you more than the agreed quotation without proper justification:

  • Do not pay the extra amount without a written explanation from the Mover.
  • Contact us at support@visionpackersandmovers.in with your booking details and evidence.
  • We will mediate between you and the Mover for a fair resolution.

6. Refund for Damaged Goods

Compensation for goods damaged during a move depends on:

  • Whether transit insurance was opted for (insurance claim process applies)
  • The Mover's liability clause in your written agreement
  • Photographic and inventory documentation at the time of loading

We strongly recommend opting for transit insurance and documenting all goods before the move begins.

7. How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise a refund dispute or seek mediation support:

Our team will respond within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 7–14 business days.
