1. About Our Service

Vision Packers and Movers is a relocation lead generation and quote comparison platform. We connect customers with verified, independent moving companies ("Movers"). We do not directly perform packing or moving services. The actual moving contract is between you and the Mover you choose.

2. Quote Requests

• Quotes obtained through our platform are indicative and subject to on-site assessment by the Mover.
• Final prices may vary based on actual volume of goods, accessibility, floor levels, and additional services.
• We do not guarantee that quoted prices will remain fixed without a written agreement with the Mover.

3. User Obligations

By submitting a quote request, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You are the owner or authorized representative of the goods to be moved
• You will not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

4. Mover Verification

We verify all Movers in our network for GST compliance, business identity, and customer ratings before listing. However, we do not guarantee the performance, conduct, or solvency of any Mover and are not liable for any disputes between you and a Mover.

5. Payments

• All payments for moving services are made directly to the Mover — not to Vision Packers and Movers.
• Always insist on a proper GST invoice from the Mover.
• We are not responsible for any financial disputes between customers and Movers.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to goods during a move carried out by a Mover.
• Our liability for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid to us (which is nil for free services), whichever is lower.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in moving services caused by the Mover.

7. Prohibited Items

Movers may refuse to transport: hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals (unless booked as pet relocation), currency, jewelry above a specified value, and other prohibited items under applicable law. Consult your Mover before booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Vision Packers and Movers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
